“Vaultworks,” “we,” and “us” means Vaultworks, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Where features allow account creation, you are responsible for your credentials and activity.
3. Licenses
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Vaultworks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Secure AI desktop application for your internal business or personal use. Plans (Standard, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) unlock different capabilities as described on our website. We may provide license tokens that enable features and renew monthly unless cancelled.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to content you input into the Services. Secure AI is designed to run locally; content is processed on your machines. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Software updates
We may provide updates that install automatically. Some updates are required to continue using the Services.
7. Fees, billing, and cancellations
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Third-party components
The Services may include or require third-party components such as Ollama, Tesseract, and others. Their licenses govern those components. See Third-Party Notices.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Models can make mistakes; you should review outputs.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO VAULTWORKS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts located in Michigan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
