- Purchase & licensing: When you buy a plan, our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) handles your payment information. We may receive your email, plan, and status to issue license tokens.
- Support: If you email us at support@vaultworks.ai, we’ll receive the information you send.
2. What we don’t collect
- No analytics or telemetry from the Secure AI desktop app.
- No cookies on our website for tracking or ads.
- No models hosted by us process your content; models run locally (e.g., via Ollama) on your hardware.
3. How we use information
- Provide and manage licenses for plans (Standard, Plus, Pro, Enterprise).
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (e.g., payments, email). We don’t sell personal information.

We keep licensing and support records for as long as necessary to operate the Services and meet legal obligations.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the paid term.
