1. Renewals
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid term. After that, features tied to your plan stop working.

3. Refunds
If something isn’t working for you, email support@vaultworks.ai within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Where reasonable, we’ll work with you to resolve issues and may offer a refund at our discretion.
